• At the end of the 24 months, the sale closes and the store is fully the new owner's.

• If the new owner doesn't make it, that's our problem, not yours. You keep every  dime. And if you've got your second wind by then, you may get the chance to buy the store back, turned around, with us carrying the paper.  It's happened twice.

• This process costs you nothing. The buyer pays all the costs.
